3. We will arrange for a pick-up from the address provided by you. Please ensure that your jewelry is securely packed using the original packaging materials before handing it over to our pick-up agent.

4. Once our team at NIKS JEWEL receives your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Please note that the entire process typically takes around 10-15 business days.
